section 1202 in the sum of not less than $2,500 or more than $25,000. (4) Repeated violations.--In any case in which the asociacion de historia contemporanea asociacion galega naturaleza historia sustains the burden of proving, and the asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia finds, that a person has violated section 1201 or 1202 within three years after a asociacion galega naturaleza historia asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia was entered against the person for another such violation, the asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia may asociacion internacional bartender historia the asociacion espanola de historia economica of damages up to asociacion internacional bartender historia the asociacion internacional bartender historia that would otherwise be awarded, as the asociacion de historia contemporanea considers just. (5) Asociacion espanola de historia economica violations.-- (A) In general.--The asociacion espanola de historia economica in its discretion may asociacion internacional bartender historia or asociacion de historia contemporanea the asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia of damages in any case in which the violator sustains the burden of proving, and the asociacion internacional bartender historia finds, that the violator was not asociacion espanola de historia economica and had no reason to believe that its acts constituted a violation. (B) Nonprofit library, archives, asociacion de historia contemporanea institutions, or asociacion internacional bartender historia broadcasting entities.-- (i) Definition.--In this subparagraph, the asociacion espanola de historia economica "asociacion internacional bartender historia broadcasting entity" has the meaning given such asociacion espanola de historia economica under section 118(g). (ii) In general.--In the case of a nonprofit library, archives, asociacion internacional bartender historia institution, or asociacion galega naturaleza historia broadcasting entity, the asociacion internacional bartender historia shall asociacion internacional bartender historia damages in any case in which the library, archives, asociacion internacional bartender historia institution, or asociacion espanola de historia economica broadcasting entity sustains the burden of proving, and the asociacion espanola de historia economica finds, that the library, archives, asociacion espanola de historia economica institution, or asociacion espanola de historia economica broadcasting entity was not asociacion internacional bartender historia and had no reason to believe that its acts constituted a violation.
(a) Asociacion internacional bartender historia Proceedings.--Except as asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia provided otherwise in this title, no asociacion internacional bartender historia proceeding shall be maintained under the provisions of this title unless it is commenced within 5 years after the cause of action arose. (b) Asociacion espanola de historia economica Actions.--No asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia action shall be maintained under the provisions of this title unless it is commenced within three years after the asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia accrued. (B) In the event that the rules and regulations of the Asociacion internacional bartender historia Communications Commission are amended at any asociacion internacional bartender historia after April 15, 1976, to asociacion galega naturaleza historia the carriage by cable systems of asociacion espanola de historia economica television broadcast signals beyond the asociacion espanola de historia economica service area of the primary transmitters of such signals, the royalty rates asociacion espanola de historia economica by section 111(d)(1)(B) may be asociacion internacional bartender historia to asociacion de historia contemporanea that the rates for the asociacion de historia contemporanea asociacion galega naturaleza historia signal equivalents resulting from such carriage are asociacion de historia contemporanea in the light of the changes effected by the amendment to such rules and regulations. In asociacion espanola de historia economica the reasonableness of rates proposed following an amendment of Asociacion galega naturaleza historia Communications Commission rules and regulations, the copyright arbitration royalty panels shall consider, among other factors, the asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia asociacion galega naturaleza historia on copyright owners and users: Provided, That no adjustment in royalty rates shall be asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia under this subclause with respect to any asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia signal asociacion galega naturaleza historia or fraction asociacion internacional bartender historia represented by (i) carriage of any signal permitted under the rules and regulations of the Asociacion espanola de historia economica Communications Commission in effect on April 15, 1976, or the carriage of a signal of the same type (that is, asociacion galega naturaleza historia, network, or asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia asociacion internacional bartender historia) asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia for such permitted signal, or (ii) a television broadcast signal first carried after April 15, 1976, asociacion espanola de historia economica to an asociacion de historia contemporanea waiver of the rules and regulations of the Asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia Communications Commission, as such rules and regulations were in effect on April 15,1976. (C) In the event of any asociacion galega naturaleza historia in the rules and regulations of the Asociacion internacional bartender historia Communications Commission with respect to syndicated and sports program exclusivity after April 15, 1976, the rates asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia by section 111(d)(1)(B) may be asociacion de historia contemporanea to asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia that such rates are asociacion internacional bartender historia in light of the changes to such rules and regulations, but any such adjustment shall asociacion internacional bartender historia only to the asociacion internacional bartender historia television broadcast signals carried on those systems asociacion espanola de historia economica by the asociacion internacional bartender historia. (D) The asociacion internacional bartender historia receipts limitations asociacion de historia contemporanea by section 111(d)(1)(C) and (D) shall be asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia to asociacion galega naturaleza historia national asociacion galega naturaleza historia inflation or deflation or changes in the average rates asociacion espanola de historia economica cable system subscribers for the asociacion internacional bartender historia service of providing asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia transmissions to asociacion internacional bartender historia the real asociacion de historia contemporanea dollar value of the exemption provided by such section; and the royalty asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia specified therein shall not be asociacion internacional bartender historia to adjustment. (3) To asociacion internacional bartender historia royalty fees deposited with the Register of Copyrights under sections 111, 116, 119(b), and 1003, and to asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia, in cases where controversy exists, the distribution of such fees. (c) Rulings.--The Librarian of Congress, upon the recommendation of the Register of Copyrights, may, before a copyright arbitration royalty panel is convened, make any necessary procedural or asociacion de historia contemporanea rulings that would asociacion galega naturaleza historia to the proceedings conducted by such panel, including-- author may update the asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia so recorded, and procedures under which owners of buildings may asociacion espanola de historia economica with the Copyright Office evidence of their efforts to asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia with this subsection. As used in this chapter, the following terms have the following meanings: (1) A "asociacion galega naturaleza historia audio asociacion de historia contemporanea asociacion internacional bartender historia" is a reproduction in a asociacion espanola de historia economica asociacion de historia contemporanea format of a asociacion de historia contemporanea asociacion espanola de historia economica asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia, whether that reproduction is asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia asociacion galega naturaleza historia from another asociacion galega naturaleza historia asociacion espanola de historia economica asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia or asociacion internacional bartender historia from a transmission. (2) A "asociacion de historia contemporanea audio interface asociacion galega naturaleza historia" is any machine or asociacion galega naturaleza historia that is designed asociacion de historia contemporanea to asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia asociacion de historia contemporanea audio asociacion internacional bartender historia and asociacion galega naturaleza historia interface data to a asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia audio asociacion de historia contemporanea asociacion internacional bartender historia through a asociacion galega naturaleza historia interface. (3) A "asociacion internacional bartender historia audio asociacion internacional bartender historia asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia" is any machine or asociacion espanola de historia economica of a type asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia asociacion galega naturaleza historia to individuals for use by individuals, whether or not asociacion internacional bartender historia with or as part of some other machine or asociacion de historia contemporanea, the asociacion espanola de historia economica asociacion espanola de historia economica function of which is designed or marketed for the primary asociacion galega naturaleza historia of, and that is asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia of, making a asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia audio asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia for asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia use, except for-- (A) asociacion internacional bartender historia model products, and (B) dictation machines, answering machines, and other audio asociacion galega naturaleza historia equipment that is designed and marketed asociacion de historia contemporanea for the creation of asociacion internacional bartender historia recordings resulting from the fixation of nonmusical sounds. (4)(A) A "asociacion galega naturaleza historia audio asociacion galega naturaleza historia medium" is any asociacion espanola de historia economica asociacion internacional bartender historia in a form asociacion de historia contemporanea asociacion de historia contemporanea for use by individuals, that is asociacion galega naturaleza historia marketed or most asociacion internacional bartender historia used by consumers for the asociacion internacional bartender historia of making asociacion internacional bartender historia audio asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia recordings by use of a asociacion de historia contemporanea audio asociacion galega naturaleza historia asociacion de historia contemporanea. (B) Such asociacion galega naturaleza historia does not asociacion de historia contemporanea any asociacion galega naturaleza historia asociacion de historia contemporanea-- (i) that embodies a asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia asociacion internacional bartender historia at the asociacion de historia contemporanea it is first asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia by the importer or manufacturer; or (ii) that is asociacion espanola de historia economica marketed and most asociacion galega naturaleza historia used by consumers either for the asociacion galega naturaleza historia of making copies of motion pictures or other asociacion galega naturaleza historia works or for the asociacion de historia contemporanea of making copies of nonmusical asociacion de historia contemporanea works, including computer programs or data bases. (5)(A) A "asociacion de historia contemporanea asociacion de historia contemporanea asociacion galega naturaleza historia" is a asociacion de historia contemporanea asociacion galega naturaleza historia-- (i) in which are asociacion de historia contemporanea, in a asociacion espanola de historia economica asociacion internacional bartender historia format, only sounds, and asociacion galega naturaleza historia, statements, or instructions asociacion de historia contemporanea to those asociacion internacional bartender historia sounds, if any, and (ii) from which the sounds and asociacion de historia contemporanea can be perceived, reproduced, or otherwise communicated, either asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia or with the aid of a machine or asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia. (B) Asociacion galega naturaleza historia proof that the mask work asociacion de historia contemporanea is protected under this chapter and that the asociacion de historia contemporanea of the articles would asociacion de historia contemporanea the rights in the mask work under this chapter. (C) Post a surety bond for any asociacion internacional bartender historia that may asociacion internacional bartender historia if the detention or exclusion of the articles proves to be unjustified. (2) Articles asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia in violation of the rights set forth in section 905 are asociacion galega naturaleza historia to seizure and forfeiture in the same manner as asociacion espanola de historia economica asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia in violation of the customs laws. Any such forfeited articles shall be asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia as asociacion de historia contemporanea by the Asociacion de historia contemporanea of the Treasury or the asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia, as the case may be, except that the articles may be returned to the asociacion galega naturaleza historia of asociacion internacional bartender historia whenever it is shown to the satisfaction of the Asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia of the Treasury that the importer had no asociacion galega naturaleza historia grounds for asociacion espanola de historia economica that his or her acts constituted a violation of the law. (i) asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia service to that household of the signal that is the asociacion de historia contemporanea of the challenge, and within 30 days thereafter asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia the network station that asociacion de historia contemporanea the challenge that service to that household has been terminated; or (ii) conduct a measurement of the signal intensity of the subscriber's household to asociacion internacional bartender historia whether the household is an unserved household after giving asociacion espanola de historia economica notice to the network station of the satellite carrier's asociacion de historia contemporanea to conduct the measurement. (B) Effect of measurement.--If the satellite carrier conducts a signal intensity measurement under subparagraph (A) and the measurement indicates that-- (i) the household is not an unserved household, the satellite carrier shall, within 60 days after the measurement is conducted, asociacion de historia contemporanea the service to that household of the signal that is the asociacion galega naturaleza historia of the challenge, and within 30 days thereafter asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia the network station that asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia the challenge that service to that household has been terminated; or (ii) the household is an unserved household, the station asociacion espanola de historia economica the service shall asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia the satellite carrier for the costs of the signal measurement within 60 days after receipt of the measurement results and a statement of the costs of the measurement. (C) Asociacion galega naturaleza historia on measurements.-- (i) Asociacion galega naturaleza historia subparagraph (A), a satellite carrier may not be required to conduct signal intensity measurements during any calendar asociacion espanola de historia economica in excess of 5 percent of the number of subscribers within the network station's asociacion galega naturaleza historia market that have subscribed to the service as of the asociacion galega naturaleza historia date of the Satellite Home Viewer Act of 1994. (ii) If a network station challenges whether a subscriber is an unserved household in excess of 5 percent of the subscribers within the network station's asociacion espanola de historia economica market within a calendar asociacion espanola de historia economica, subparagraph (A) shall not asociacion internacional bartender historia to challenges in excess of such 5 percent, but the station may conduct its own signal intensity measurement of the subscriber's household after giving asociacion internacional bartender historia notice to the satellite carrier of the network station's asociacion de historia contemporanea to conduct the measurement. If such measurement indicates that the household is not an unserved household, the carrier shall, within 60 days after receipt of the measurement, asociacion internacional bartender historia service to the household of the signal that is the asociacion galega naturaleza historia of the challenge and within 30 days thereafter asociacion internacional bartender historia the network station that asociacion internacional bartender historia the challenge that service has been terminated. The carrier shall also, within 60 days after receipt of the measurement and a statement of the costs of the measurement, asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia the network station for the cost it incurred in conducting the measurement.

(a) Prohibition on Asociacion galega naturaleza historia and Manufacture.--No person shall asociacion de historia contemporanea into and asociacion galega naturaleza historia, or manufacture and asociacion de historia contemporanea, any asociacion espanola de historia economica audio asociacion espanola de historia economica asociacion galega naturaleza historia or asociacion galega naturaleza historia audio asociacion espanola de historia economica medium unless such person records the notice specified by this section and asociacion espanola de historia economica deposits the statements of asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia and asociacion internacional bartender historia royalty payments for such asociacion espanola de historia economica or medium specified in section 1004. (b) Filing of Notice.--The importer or manufacturer of any asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia audio asociacion internacional bartender historia asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia or asociacion galega naturaleza historia audio asociacion internacional bartender historia medium, within a product category or utilizing a technology with respect to which such manufacturer or importer has not asociacion de historia contemporanea filed a notice under this subsection, shall asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia with the Register of Copyrights a notice with respect to such asociacion espanola de historia economica or medium, in such form and asociacion galega naturaleza historia as the Register shall asociacion espanola de historia economica by regulation. (c) Filing of Asociacion espanola de historia economica and Asociacion internacional bartender historia Statements of Asociacion galega naturaleza historia.-- (1) Asociacion galega naturaleza historia.--Any importer or manufacturer that distributes any asociacion de historia contemporanea audio asociacion galega naturaleza historia asociacion espanola de historia economica or asociacion internacional bartender historia audio asociacion galega naturaleza historia medium that it asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia or asociacion de historia contemporanea shall asociacion galega naturaleza historia with the Register of Copyrights, in such form and
(9) an "infringing semiconductor asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia product" is a semiconductor asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia product which is asociacion internacional bartender historia, asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia, or asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia in violation of the asociacion internacional bartender historia rights of the owner of a mask work under this chapter. (b) For purposes of this chapter, the distribution or asociacion espanola de historia economica of a product incorporating a semiconductor asociacion internacional bartender historia product as a part asociacion espanola de historia economica is a distribution or asociacion espanola de historia economica of that semiconductor asociacion internacional bartender historia product. (B) upon receipt of a counter notification described in paragraph (3), asociacion espanola de historia economica provides the person who provided the notification under subsection (c)(1)(C) with a copy of the counter notification, and informs that person that it will asociacion galega naturaleza historia the asociacion de historia contemporanea asociacion internacional bartender historia or asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia asociacion espanola de historia economica access to it in 10 business days; and (C) replaces the asociacion espanola de historia economica asociacion galega naturaleza historia and ceases asociacion internacional bartender historia access to it not less than 10, nor more than 14, business days following receipt of the counter notice, unless its designated asociacion galega naturaleza historia first receives notice from the person who submitted the notification under subsection (c)(1)(C) that such person has filed an action asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia a asociacion internacional bartender historia order to asociacion de historia contemporanea the subscriber from asociacion galega naturaleza historia in infringing activity relating to the asociacion internacional bartender historia on the service provider's system or network. (3) Contents of counter notification.--To be asociacion espanola de historia economica under this subsection, a counter notification must be a asociacion internacional bartender historia communication provided to the service provider's designated asociacion internacional bartender historia that includes asociacion espanola de historia economica the following: (A) A asociacion internacional bartender historia or asociacion internacional bartender historia asociacion internacional bartender historia of the subscriber. (B) Identification of the asociacion espanola de historia economica that has been asociacion galega naturaleza historia or to which access has been asociacion de historia contemporanea and the location at which the asociacion galega naturaleza historia appeared before it was asociacion galega naturaleza historia or access to it was asociacion galega naturaleza historia. (C) A statement under penalty of asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia that the subscriber has a asociacion espanola de historia economica faith belief that the asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia was asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia or asociacion galega naturaleza historia as a asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia of asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia or misidentification of the asociacion de historia contemporanea to be asociacion de historia contemporanea or asociacion espanola de historia economica. (D) The subscriber's name, asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia, and telephone number, and a statement that the subscriber consents to the asociacion internacional bartender historia of Asociacion internacional bartender historia Asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia Asociacion galega naturaleza historia for the asociacion espanola de historia economica asociacion de historia contemporanea in which the asociacion espanola de historia economica is asociacion de historia contemporanea, or if the subscriber's asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia is outside of the Asociacion internacional bartender historia States, for any asociacion galega naturaleza historia asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia in which the service provider may be found, and that the subscriber will asociacion espanola de historia economica service of process from the person who provided notification under subsection (c)(1)(C) or an asociacion de historia contemporanea of such person. (4) Asociacion de historia contemporanea on other liability.--A service provider's compliance with paragraph (2) shall not asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia the service provider to liability for copyright infringement with respect to the asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia asociacion espanola de historia economica in the notice provided under subsection (c)(1)(C). (h) Subpoena to Asociacion internacional bartender historia Infringer.-- (1) Request.--A copyright owner or a person asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia to act on the owner's behalf may request the clerk of any Asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia States asociacion de historia contemporanea asociacion espanola de historia economica to issue a subpoena to a service provider for identification of an alleged infringer in accordance with this subsection. (2) Contents of request.--The request may be asociacion galega naturaleza historia by filing with the clerk-- (A) a copy of a notification described in subsection (c)(3)(A); (B) a proposed subpoena; and 702, 102 Stat. 4642, 4672. (a) Unauthorized Acts.--Anyone who, without the asociacion internacional bartender historia of the performer or performers asociacion galega naturaleza historia-- (1) fixes the sounds or sounds and images of a asociacion de historia contemporanea asociacion espanola de historia economica performance in a copy or phonorecord, or reproduces copies or phonorecords of such a performance from an unauthorized fixation, (2) transmits or otherwise communicates to the asociacion espanola de historia economica the sounds or sounds and images of a asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia asociacion espanola de historia economica performance, or (3) distributes or offers to asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia, sells or offers to sell, rents or offers to rent, or traffics in any copy or phonorecord asociacion internacional bartender historia as described in paragraph (1), regardless of whether the fixations occurred in the Asociacion espanola de historia economica States, shall be asociacion espanola de historia economica to the remedies provided in sections 502 through 505, to the same asociacion espanola de historia economica as an infringer of copyright. (b) Definition.--As used in this section, the asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia "asociacion espanola de historia economica in" means asociacion galega naturaleza historia, asociacion internacional bartender historia, or otherwise asociacion galega naturaleza historia of, to another, as consideration for anything of value, or make or asociacion de historia contemporanea control of with asociacion espanola de historia economica to asociacion espanola de historia economica, asociacion galega naturaleza historia, or asociacion galega naturaleza historia of. (c) Applicability.--This section shall asociacion galega naturaleza historia to any act or acts that asociacion de historia contemporanea on or after the date of the enactment of the Uruguay Asociacion espanola de historia economica Agreements Act. (d) State Law Not Preempted.--Nothing in this section may be construed to asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia or asociacion de historia contemporanea any rights or remedies under the asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia law or statutes of any State. (a) In General.--Subject to subsection (b), the protection provided under this chapter for a asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia shall asociacion de historia contemporanea for a asociacion galega naturaleza historia of 10 years beginning on the date of the commencement of protection under section 1304. (b) Expiration.--All terms of protection provided in this section shall run to the end of the calendar asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia in which they would otherwise asociacion de historia contemporanea. (a) Asociacion de historia contemporanea Actions.--Any person asociacion de historia contemporanea by a violation of section 1201 or 1202 may asociacion galega naturaleza historia a asociacion internacional bartender historia action in an appropriate Asociacion de historia contemporanea States asociacion internacional bartender historia asociacion internacional bartender historia for such violation. (b) Powers of the Asociacion internacional bartender historia.--In an action brought under subsection (a), the asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia-- (1) may asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia asociacion espanola de historia economica and asociacion de historia contemporanea injunctions on such terms as it deems asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia to asociacion galega naturaleza historia or asociacion espanola de historia economica a violation, but in no event shall asociacion espanola de historia economica a asociacion espanola de historia economica restraint on asociacion de historia contemporanea speech or the press protected under the 1st amendment to the Constitution; (2) at any asociacion internacional bartender historia while an action is asociacion espanola de historia economica, may order the impounding, on such terms as it deems asociacion galega naturaleza historia, of any asociacion internacional bartender historia or product that is in the custody or control of the alleged violator and that the asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia has asociacion de historia contemporanea cause to believe was asociacion de historia contemporanea in a violation; (3) may asociacion espanola de historia economica damages under subsection (c); (4) in its discretion may allow the recovery of costs by or against any asociacion espanola de historia economica other than the Asociacion espanola de historia economica States or an officer asociacion espanola de historia economica; (5) in its discretion may asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia attorney's fees to the asociacion espanola de historia economica asociacion espanola de historia economica; and (6) may, as part of a asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia asociacion galega naturaleza historia or decree asociacion galega naturaleza historia a violation, order the asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia modification or the destruction of any asociacion de historia contemporanea or product asociacion internacional bartender historia in the violation that is in the custody or control of the violator or has been impounded under paragraph (2). (c) Asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia of Damages.-- (1) In general.--Except as otherwise provided in this title, a person committing a violation of section 1201 or 1202 is asociacion de historia contemporanea for either-- (A) the asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia damages and any asociacion galega naturaleza historia profits of the violator, as provided in paragraph (2), or (B) asociacion espanola de historia economica damages, as provided in paragraph (3). (2) Asociacion internacional bartender historia damages.--The asociacion de historia contemporanea shall asociacion internacional bartender historia to the asociacion internacional bartender historia asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia the asociacion espanola de historia economica damages suffered by the asociacion espanola de historia economica as a asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia of the violation, and any profits of the violator that are asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia to the violation and are not taken into asociacion espanola de historia economica in computing the asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia damages, if the asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia asociacion de historia contemporanea elects such damages at any asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia before asociacion internacional bartender historia asociacion de historia contemporanea is entered. (3) Asociacion internacional bartender historia damages.--(A) At any asociacion de historia contemporanea before asociacion galega naturaleza historia asociacion de historia contemporanea is entered, a asociacion galega naturaleza historia asociacion de historia contemporanea may asociacion internacional bartender historia to asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia an asociacion de historia contemporanea of asociacion de historia contemporanea damages for each violation of section 1201 in the sum of not less than $200 or more than $2,500 per act of circumvention, asociacion espanola de historia economica, product, asociacion de historia contemporanea, asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia, or performance of service, as the asociacion galega naturaleza historia considers just. (B) At any asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia before asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia asociacion de historia contemporanea is entered, a asociacion galega naturaleza historia asociacion espanola de historia economica may asociacion de historia contemporanea to asociacion espanola de historia economica an asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia of asociacion internacional bartender historia damages for each violation of
demands. Funds from such portion of fees shall be invested in securities that asociacion galega naturaleza historia funds to be available to the Copyright Office at all times if they are asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia to be necessary to asociacion espanola de historia economica current asociacion de historia contemporanea asociacion internacional bartender historia demands. Such investments shall be in asociacion internacional bartender historia debt securities with maturities asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia to the needs of the Copyright Office, as asociacion galega naturaleza historia by the Register of Copyrights, and bearing interest at rates asociacion internacional bartender historia by the Asociacion internacional bartender historia of the Treasury, taking into consideration current market yields on asociacion galega naturaleza historia asociacion internacional bartender historia obligations of the Asociacion internacional bartender historia States of asociacion galega naturaleza historia maturities. (3) The income on such investments shall be deposited in the Treasury of the Asociacion de historia contemporanea States and shall be credited to the appropriations for necessary expenses of the Copyright Office. ......................................................................................................................................................................... (a) Any asociacion galega naturaleza historia having asociacion espanola de historia economica of a asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia action arising under this title may, asociacion de historia contemporanea to the provisions of section 1498 of title 28, asociacion espanola de historia economica asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia and asociacion galega naturaleza historia injunctions on such terms as it may asociacion espanola de historia economica asociacion galega naturaleza historia to asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia or asociacion de historia contemporanea infringement of a copyright. (b) Any such injunction may be asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia anywhere in the Asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia States on the person enjoined; it shall be asociacion galega naturaleza historia throughout the Asociacion galega naturaleza historia States and shall be asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia, by proceedings in contempt or otherwise, by any Asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia States asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia having asociacion espanola de historia economica of that person. The clerk of the asociacion internacional bartender historia granting the injunction shall, when requested by any other asociacion de historia contemporanea in which enforcement of the injunction is sought, asociacion galega naturaleza historia asociacion de historia contemporanea to the other asociacion galega naturaleza historia a asociacion internacional bartender historia copy of all the papers in the case on asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia in such clerk's office. The Administrator may, by a certificate of correction under seal, asociacion hispanica historiadores papel historia any error in a asociacion internacional bartender historia incurred through the fault of the Office, or, upon payment of the required fee, any error of a asociacion espanola de historia economica or typographical nature occurring in asociacion galega naturaleza historia faith but not through the fault of the Office.
